Annalyn Belle was a beloved wife and mother with a passion for traveling the far corners of the globe.  Having lived in several global destinations, her dream was to help her family, friends and others have authentic experiences with the world around them, engaging the power of the human spirit that unites us all.

She also believed in the importance of reading and literacy as a tool to explore culture, traditions, and destinations. As an author and blogger, Annalyn compiled an online collection of over 2,000 travel books and resources focused on making family travel fun and approachable for everyone – especially kids. On February 7, 2022, Annalyn passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurism while traveling with her family, celebrating 16 years of marriage with her husband Chris. She was 45 years old.

One her greatest desires was to give the gift of travel to others. She hoped to establish a scholarship fund helping under-resourced youth discover new destinations and perspectives, hoping to give them a similar inspiring experience she felt blessed to enjoy.

Annalyn often wrote that showing kids the world is “what life is all about” and “for the soul”, and she couldn’t help but want to share that.
